GlobalSetup provides online document processing tools including but not limited to file conversion, compression, and optimization services. We offer both free and premium services as described on our website.

3.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content, without prior notice or liability.

3.3 File Handling

All files processed through our Services are handled in temporary memory and automatically deleted immediately after processing. We do not store your files unless you explicitly choose to save them through our premium features.

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GlobalSetup or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any files you process through our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

7.1 Subscription Terms

Premium services are offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

7.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8.1 Service "As Is"

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 Accuracy Disclaimer

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any content or conversion results will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

9.1 Exclusion of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall GlobalSetup be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

9.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid us for the Services in the last 12 months, or (b) $100 USD.

10.1 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

10.2 By You

You may stop using our Services at any time. If you have a premium subscription, you may cancel it as described in Section 7.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through our Services or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
